BIOGRAPHY

 

 

 

My name is Soléne Lamoureux and I am a Métis artist from Lac La Biche Alberta. I am a small business owner of Rustic Ranch Arts which I have been running since 2017. As a child I always loved being out in nature, drawing and painting, and making crafts out of any sort of materials I could get my hands on. Now I am a young adult and not much has changed in that aspect.  

 

 I create art inspired and created from nature. My art often reflects the way I see the world around me. How I feel and think about certain topics and situations. I am always looking for new art media to try and always experimenting with new ways to create art. As an artist, I want my viewers and clients to view my art as a quiet conversation which every one can relate to and enjoy. 

 

 Art to me is a way of life, not just a hobby. Everything I do and think in my day to day life is based on being creative, exploring, life learning, and seeing everything in the world like it's a work of art. Art is my therapy, its helped me grow my confidence, build who i am, and find peace in the chaos. My goal is to be a life time learner and to share my experiences with the people i meet.
